Cancellation Policy
We understand at Fayced Aesthetics NYC that unplanned issues come up and you may need to cancel an appointment. If that happens, we respectfully ask for scheduled appointments to be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. You may cancel your appointment without charge 48 hours prior preceding your upcoming appointment with Fayced Aesthetics NYC. Failure to cancel your appointment will result in a non-refundable fee of $200.
If you must cancel your appointment the day of your appointment, you will be charged a non-refundable fee of $200.
Failure to no-show to your appointment will result in a non-refundable fee of $200.
Please understand that when a patient does not show up to an appointment it creates a void in the schedule that cannot be filled. It also means that someone else who needed an appointment could have been seen at that time.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, we may find it necessary to reschedule your appointment and the same day cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged. Arriving late to an appointment delays the entire schedule, resulting in longer wait times.
Morpheus8/CoolPeel/CO2/PRP/SkinPen Deposit
We require a $250.00 deposit fee for all Morpheus8, CoolPeel, CO2, PRP, PRF, EZ-Gel, & SkinPen procedures. The $250.00 deposit will be applied towards your treatment. Failure to cancel at least 48 hours in advance will result in forfeiting the $250.00 deposit. You may cancel your appointment without charge 48 hours preceding your upcoming appointment.
